We assist you in the whole process: elaboration of the flow chart, design of the manufacturing parameters and validation of the results, elaboration of specifications and packaging design, development of the HACCP-hazard analysis, etc. We even mediate with accredited laboratories that can perform organoleptic, bacteriological and chemical tests to verify whether you have achieved the desired objectives.
