VII. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
These General Terms will be ruled by the Spanish legislation. THE HOLDER and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the user’s domicile for any questions that may arise or actions arising from the provision of the Web service and its services and content and the interpretation, application, enforcement or breach of the provisions herein.
In the event that the User is domiciled outside Spain, THE HOLDER and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Vigo (Ponyevedra).
3. UNSUBSCRIBE FROM COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS
In accordance with the law of services of the information society 34/2002, the user is guaranteed the possibility to stop receiving commercial information within a maximum period of one month from the moment the user communicates the desire to stop receiving it by e-mail to info@agpfishquality.com.
